I've just got information that Mr. Larry Duncan has another scam in the mix, it's know as Transmission Rescue .com. As I'm sure you all know by now that Mr. Duncan is a hundred percent RIPOFF from the get go, as I'am sure there with be others and I hope every one gets the message. I worked for tis AS----E for about 6 months, and witness many ripoff take form. If any one needs help in stopping him please response to my e-mail address in ripoff .com.

I worked for him as a sales rep for 3 months until i could no longer take it, I can give you some advice, he's uses Google Adwords to scam people, that is how he gets people, so file a complaint with them at adwords-support@google.com or call them at (866) 246-6453 his website is transmission-1.com because he's bait-switch, quotes 997 then its higher

Also if the shop didn't agree to the terms of the the cosaat coast contract and didn't sign it, then there is no contract. Have the shop write a letter to give to your bank.

I can't get my car back from this shop they claimed they have not got any payments for the work they did on the transmission. I believe they are trying to get more money from me which I am not giving them any.

I am filing a civil law suit against them to get my car back, also will report to BBB and the FTC.

is the shop that has your car, is it Dorsey Transmission? Because I to live in the Maryland area. I went through the same thing that you and everyone else that went through it!
