Coastal Web Solutions Fraudulent charges on my VISA debit Card Unknown California

I saw a charge appear on my bank account for a VISA debit card transaction for $4.95 from COASTAL WEB SOLUTIONS that was posted on 1/22/08. I had never heard of this company! I asked for more information on the charge and the bank gave me a phone #. I called tonight and got an answering machine with a foreign sounding voice and directing me to an e-mail address. Stupidly I left my name and phone #. Now I'm scared. I googled this company and found one website with all kinds of messages from people having the exact same charge on their credit or debit card accounts with the same phone # and the same answering machine, foreign voice and message. Some people had $6.95, some had $2.95, some had the same $4.95 I found. Like me, none of them had ever heard of this company. I just called my bank and canceled my VISA debit card and on Monday I'm going into the branch to file an affidavit. They are sending me a new card. I pay all my bills online or through direct deposit and I was paying bills at that time and also placed some orders online. One of those websites is apparently not secure.

The phone # my bank gave me for this company was 760-994-4853.
