CobraMailer MailerMillionaire Fromt the Start System Is Faulty Internet

On July 11, 2014, I watched a sales video about the CobraMailer 2.0 platform. I figured it would cost quite a bit of money, but was intrigued by the program because it was not sold as a "set it and forget it" "make money system". The demonstartion that was provided did give examples of the work that a user would have to do and the training that is provide. It all seemed pretty sound. The following day, I make the decision to buy into the CobraMailer 2.0 platform. It was a costly mistake to the amount of $1,497. Since then, I have not been able to log in to the platform. I have only been able to log in to their 1.0 older platform. I have been going around and around with a support person that goes by the name of Logan M at ZenDesk.

Logan said my credentials worked when he tested them, but they did not when I went to log in to the platform. Logan then told me I need to migrate from the 1.0 platform to the 2.0 platform. There is no option to migrate. I have asked Logan to see if someone else is able to reset my log in credentials or if there is something else to fix this. He just replies that my username and password work, and closes the trouble ticket. A few others have said this system is buggy, and I'm clearly experiencing that. After spending all the money, I can't even log in. I've tried contacting the owners/creators through social site, but have not received any response.
