Claims to be actively certified to apply pesticides in Virginia, but no certification identified when inquiry made to state. Took money and when requested service was canceled, no refund. Do your due diligence. No physical address and cashed check with different name. Dakota Dean. Offered to apply pesticide for 20 dollars and said he was charging low price to get future business. Took money to allegedly by pesticide 215 dollars then never showed up and refused refund or produce evidence if even purchasing pesticides. Claimed he was in an accident then he agreed to come a week later, no show no call No Money!Theregore I cancelled job when finally able to contact. Claims to secretly record conversation with you. Very creepy. I recommend you: 1) ask to see license and up to date certification required to be recertified every 2 years. State agency that oversees pesticide spraying for hire has no record from personal communication with them. 2) must be licensed ir work under someone rlse but still needs to be certified every 2 years, again no record. 3) they are required to provide document before job. Second opinion from licensed company indicated no pesticides indicated. Simple refund for failure to perform job and failure to show up when agreed to twice, or return calls would have been resonable.
