Coldwell Banker Realty / Penny Kennedy biased concierge list, biased home inspector referral list, biased vendor list Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

I requested a list of vendors (which would include home inspectors) from Coldwell Banker Real Estate concierge department, Penny Kennedy is head of the concierge for Coldwell Banker Real Estate In Pittsburgh. The list was blantantly biased toward services she and or that department was in favor of. There were approx' 26 home inspectors on the list I was given, and 7 of those names were in LARGE BOLD TYPE, while the others were so small I could hardly read them.

I decided contacted a home inspector on my own. While doing buisness with this individual... I enquired if He knew anything of this list. He did. He told me Penny Kennedy gives top billing to those LARGE TYPE services for contributions and or cash payments to her and or her favorite charity's. When I confronted the concierge management about this allegation, they, including Penny Kennedy, denied any wrong doing.

A day or two later, no longer, I got hold of another concierge list, (emailed to me) only to see it had been re-worked, so NOW all type and names on the list were represented equally. I was appalled by this cover-up. When I again asked Penny Kennedy and the concierge for an explanation, I was told, "OH, that list you had with the large printed vendors was just a typo."

No further explanation was offered, NO admission of wrong doing was ever offered. Now I learn that all Conceirge info is on-line only. I've also learned, Coldwell and Penny Kennedy were investigated by a local TV channel a few years ago for similar un-answered charges. See
