ColibriMall.com They took my money Oct 29, 11 but they still haven't send the lighter. First call to them there was no answer and the second call they said there was no tracking number, now I can't even get to their Santa Ana , California

On Oct 28.11 I placed a order with ColibriMall.com. I called about a week later but, it was just a message saying they weren't answering the phone that day but would get back to you, which they didn't. So I called again a week later and was told that there was no Tracking number, but that it was resolved now (whatever that meant), Today I tried to go to the web site and it's gone. So much for the lighter I was buying myself for my Birthday and I'm out $34.12.

They state that the lighter usually ships in 48 hours with a 3- 5 shipping date.
They also changed the date on the web site order to reflect that I ordered it on the same day I recieved it.
And still shows no tracking number.

Industry TipsThe Federal Trade Commission's Mail Order Rule allows the seller 30 days to ship ordered products to the buyer unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. If the seller cannot ship within the 30 day period, they are required to notify the buyer in writing of the delay, and give the option of waiting, or having their money returned within seven days. Credit card payments must be credited within one billing cycle.

I finally recieved my lighter today on Nov.22, and their web site is up.
