Company called following up on a resume that had been submitted through Career Builders.  Said they had a job at Yellow Pages they were trying to fill.  We were required to complete a drug test, assessment, and background check. 

After being told that we had gotten the job, were asked to file out a I-9 form with documentation.  And then we waited and waited to be contacted with a start date.  That never happened.

The next thing we know, someone else is using the information we had given them to work for Collabera.  This stopped unemployment payments and is causing other difficulties.

When confronted with the identity theft the manager said "there is no way that is happening."  Not willing to acknowledge, look into the problem or professionally fix the problem.
