I have sent this company 6 emails and have heard nothihng back. I have no tracking number. It just says in process. It says you'll get a tracking number but nothing. I've been charged. No one is answering my emails. After almost a month with still no contact from them, and many more emails they finally sent the package. But only 2 out of 3of the items ordered. Finally I go to the better business bureau and they got involved. Almost 24 days to the day of my order they reply, but only to the BBB. They said-According to the United States Postal Service your package, 9400110200881600953582, was delivered on Decemeber 21st. Plesae check around your house and doors to make sure it was not left outside. If you can not locate the package contact your post office and ask to speak with the carrier about a package to see if he remembers delivering the items. OK REALLY? A package finally came missing an item. Do they not respond to complaints because they struggle to read? So I repeated the same thing I been saying for a month and now they say...Product was discontinued and only one was available. You have been refunded for the missing item.  LIARS!!!!! So now they are trying to settle with a $6.15 refund to my cc. Ummmm no. I paid shipping for each item. That one holder alone cost more to ship then the item itself. $8.75 shipping. So I'm waiting on their reply to the BBB. At least I'm getting somewhere..Hopefully they will be shut down, No communication. They lie. They steal.
