Collision Center Of Memphis II Poor Quality of work and misrepresentation of ownership Memphis Tennessee

The owner of the shop on Alps road said he was the owner of both shops. He is NOT! He is committing fraud and the Police will be notified. I would not have taken my Jeep to him if I had known he was not affiliated with the Democrat rd. shop.

They said they fixed my 2001 Jeep Cherokee that had front end damage. Three months later the radiator started to leak. The insurance appraiser came out and said it had been damaged in the accident and wrote a supplemental repair order. It took 3 weeks for AIG to issue a check. I took it to Ventura Auto on 4043 Burrow Ave. Memphis TN 38128 because of Collision Centre of Memphis II's poor attitude and sorry work. Ventura Auto removed the radiator and grill. There was a hole in the radiator where the seriously bent cross member had punctured it. The cross member appeared to have been freshly painted, but it was damaged so bad the radiator alignment pin was broken. The air conditioner coil was damaged where the grill hit it and could be seen from outside the NEW grill. They give you a worthless lifetime warranty on their poor work. I would never take it back to them for more of the same sorry work. I have cancer and do not want to spend the rest of what little life I have left going to their shop. I would not recommend them to anyone.

This shop (Collision Center of Memphis II on Alps rd.)called Ron Riebman at AIG and told him the damage was not caused in the accident. They did not see the Jeep the second time. How could they know this? The AIG appraiser said it was and AIG issued a supplemental repair check. AIG insurance is only paying $379.00 for compensation for 3 weeks of lost work and having to delay cancer surgery.
