I received the sample pkg. 10 days after I ordered it.

I took two pills on day one as directed. Second day I took two pills.
In about 1 to 2 hrs I became extermely dizzy, never felt this way before.
As I started to lay down my stomach errupted almost like a volcanic explosion.
I vomited all over myself the couch and the floor before I could get to the sink.

I have tried to contact this company to cancel by dialing 801-208-7485.
Always get a busy signal. They do not have a web address.
The only address I have is the one on $3.95 sample pkg.
