I fell stupid that I failed by this scamm, I ordered the so call " Free Trial" for $ 3.95, because I have not been feeling well, and my account was charged
$ 89.31 about 10 days later. When I called their 800-208-7485 number ( it took a long time), and spoke to Lanny, she said that I agreed to have future shipments and when I told her that I never saw anything, she said that the order has been shipped and that there were no cancellations on orders shipped from the warehouse. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she acted as if she was going to get one, and later came back and told me that I could send the product back and they will decide if they will give me a credit.

In the meantime, the charge put my account over and I am being charged over $ 200.00 on fees, money that I don't have. I asked Lanny how she could sleep, knowing that they were ripping people off and specially during these difficult times, and she said I could be wasting my time arguing with you, but I already gave you my answer.

This is very sad and frustrating to know that companies like this can still be in business after so many complaints. I noticed that there are several of these, their bottle looks the same, only the name changes.
