You are trying to connect individuals and entities and you specifically chose this medium as anyone can post anything about anyone or anything without having to show a shred of corroborating evidence.

If your initials are "DW" and you live in Alberta, please verify your identity and association with the company you’ve slandered. Please provide the evidence that has compelled you to create this posting. Simply post your invoice if you are not just "slinging mud" and show you’re accusations are authentic. Please provide any hard evidence that can substantiate your allegations and illustrate the injustice that you suffered "DW" of Alberta.  

Ultimately, your post can not be removed - as that is the policy of this website. On here, the rebuttal is the only feasible option for anyone that has been accused of something completely untrue. And I will go one further and say that this rebuttal is also an opportunity to admit that your true identity is something to which those you've slandered are suspect. Please take notice that The Coloured Diamond Exchange and their employees named in this report (The Plaintiffs) have initiated a court proceeding for Defamation and Defamation Per Se for the allegedly false statements imputing conduct incompatible to the Plaintiff's lawful business. The statements made regarding the Plaintiffs have been and continue to be false and impute deceitful behaviour, dishonest business practices, and are therefore libelous.  

In the action, Plaintiffs seek to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures LLC for the poster's contact information and / or IP Address and any other messages that the poster "DW" has posted on the website Rip Off Report, www.ripoffreport.com, under the pseudonym "DW" or any other pseudonym, about Plaintiffs.
