My family bought three sets of the walkie talkies from Fry's, and we sent in the rebates in three separate mails.

After numerous follow-up with columbia, no response and no rebates just like the other folks! Don't buy Columbia Telecommunications' product! Put these guys out of business!

Still waiting for the rebate check. It also happend to my friend. We purchased Two-Way Radio on thanksgiving sales and still waiting for the rebate check. I do not think this company will honor any rebates. They never answer or return phone calls.

I do have copy of everything and there was no mistake in the filling.
