Columbia Telecommunications Group electronic organizer that does nothing it says Farmingdale New York

I purchased three thunderbird personal digital assissants for my sons for christmas. You could imagine their dissapointment not to mention my embarrassment when not one of them worked.

The box stated that it had a 2k memory, you could have a secret password,store telephone numbers,web addresses and birthdays.You were supposed to have an electronic game to play and be able to record you homework assignments.It had a clock and calculator.

My problem is not one of these features worked and the plastic pen that was supposed to be included so they could use it a a touchscreen type contraption.

this is not the first bad report I have heard from your company and not only will I never purchase from you again, I will be sure to spread the word about your less than average products.
