comast wont refund my money weither use then give it back knoxville Tennessee

well i was helping my parent out and paid there cable bill 124.12 cents and the next month it was over 300.00. so i ask them to refund my money because it wasnt even my account and instead they just use on the next month bill. so now im out of money help my family and there cable system goes out more then it on and if a storm come thru there broadcast system come on and there only att and comcast here no othere cable company here to switch too. thank there in with the govenment but we the costumer has pay for lousy service while are goverment get the benefit. i put in a complaint with the fcc and comcast called me the next day just lousy service. dont need to give out bonus to them ceo use that money to upgrade the network there cable nazis with govenment backing them up
