I signed up for the Comcast Triple Play Bundle in May and the website showed a rebate offer that was valid until June 30, 2008. I was to receive the rebate form and paperwork to send in to get the rebate. I never received anything in the mail and when I tried to inquire about the rebate I have been told by Comcast that I needed to contact the company that offered the rebate, but I only went into the comcast website to sign up so I didn't have another company name to call.
I was able to find a website through the Comcast website but they told me that I should have received the forms from Comcast. So I have the service but I am not going to get any rebate because neither company will take responsibility for the rebate offer. And the rebate offer was the reason I chose the Triple Play instead of just the Double Play Bundle. It is very disheartening to see that a company so big has no sense of true customer service.

I also got the Triple Play with 200.00 rebates. That they screwed me out of. Check out my ripoffreport. They actually set my service up in someones business name. (the people who lived here before me had a business ran out of their house) Instead of just doing their job and switching my address back to residential they just reactivated service from the business and added my name to the bill. I hope they get sued. Not to mention I cant get my rebates bc of the exact same bs
