If you are a commercial loan officer or mortgage broker DO NOT make the mistake of purchasing leads from Brad Thomas of commercialleads.net. He will tell you that all leads or referred from commercial realtors or title companies which is far from the truth. The leads (if you are lucky enough to receive any) are internet generated and in most cases have already been closed. He charges a premium for these low quality leads which would not be as bad if you were able to receive an abundance of them but that is not the case. Learn from my mistake and invest your money in a better source. On top of everything else once they receive your money you will NEVER receive a return phone call. I also have reason to believe that commercialleads.net may be a spin off of a Steve Blisko company of MortgageLenders.cc and others. Same M.O. same advertising. Hope this helps fellow LO's trying to get through tough times.

This customer was in a special program called BGP. He paid $100.00, then renewed for $50.00 and then attempted to renew again for $50.00 on 5/9/2009.
The BGP program was terminated on 5/1/2009. The was upset he could not renew. At no time did he request a refund or return any leads. The BGP program was specifically based on an internet / aged leads model for brokers and LOs that could not afford the exclusive program.
This company is NOT affilated with any other person or company.
