JUNE 09 2010 I received what at first glance would appear to be a confirmation notice (described as a "prize report claim form") in my name stating that $3,276,450.00 of cash payments was pending. It must be claimed or lost within 10 days. This was the front page instructing me to sign and return the form along with a $20 check to Consumer Reporting Services to cover transfer fees. "Guaranteed cash payments are now pending." BUT WAIT!

Upon further (and careful) reading of the back page, you find that they are offering a report of entry directives? Rules and regs? For a third party (no name provided) sweepstakes contest instead. This is clevery written and an obvious scam that at first has you thinking that you won a large prize on the front, but on the back tells you that entry into the contest is at your own discretion.

There is a 60 day money back if the report is in error or the customer is dissatisfied, but skepical as I am, it's just going to be contest entry rules so that point is moot.
