I received the information in the mail on January 16, 2003. The letter described various ways in which one could obtain free money from the Federal Government for various things, such as: starting home based business, going to school, money for minorties and women to start a business, help with paying your rent, Cobra benefits if you are under 65 and do not work and have no health insurance and host of other things.

The letter stated the Stephen Young and his family had received money and still were collecting. The letter also stated, that the Federal Government gives away or has given away 340 Billion Dollars and this year it will be more.

The report states, that the Cash Giveaways are not advertised by the Government and that most Americans do not about it, because the Government keeps it a secret basically. Then they ask you to send your $23.90 within five days or the report and the additional 18 Special Bonus Reports may not be available.

I sent my $23.90 on 01/18/03 (a western union money order). I have not received a thing. I called around the 27th of January after calling information and getting the phone number. The company is actually located in Manhattan and there is only a recording. I want my 23.90 and want this company shut down.
