April, 2009 bought a flat-screen 27" Astar TV from this company at a electronic show.

May, 2009 sound became distorted and had to switch channels back & forth to stop the distortion. I contacted the company to report the distortion and the rep said they were to send a technician.

June, 2009-January, 2010 - too many excuses for not coming to fix the television and I decided to return the television

February, 2010 - March, 2010 - television returned; however, the company has not responded to my refund. AFter numerous emails and phone calls - no refund has been given. I've called several times and been given the runarounds.
