I have been receiving 3rd notice for last 6 months from this company for Annual Minutes Requirements of CA Corp. Code #1500.

I never asked this company to do it, because always doing it on my own for $25.00.

In this notice this company is asking for all confidential invormation about names and addresses of all the Directors, Vice President, Secretary and CFO and Credit Card information....

This one is actually not an advertising from the firm, who wants to help you whis California requared filings, if you don't want to do it on your own, but a request for $150 payment.

As well it is no where is a agreement, that this company is not going to share all the information.
