This company has ripped off SO many customers over the years that I cannot believe they are still in business. Now they are promising thousands of TV channels for $99 per month.

Most recently they were at the local business expo and told customers it would take several days to get the merchandise setup for them for their TV services. The truth is they have no inventory in at all and took people's money anyway. When customers went to collect the Roku 3 box they were told they would have to wait even longer. When they refused they were given a refurbished lower model device and never told it was not the Roku 3. That’s over $200 USD for a refurbished box!!

At no time did CompuCay tell the customer they were not getting the box that was advertised on their website and flyers. Sadly the competition has the box for $50 less and it’s not refurbished. He also makes promises about a DVR feature that does not exist and thousands of channels including NetFlix that he does not give you access to.

This is NOT the first time this company has done this sort of ripoff scam. They are very dishonest and have been the entire time they are in business.

Now they have their Facebook page locked so that consumers cannot posts reviews about them. They will take your money and not give you the product and refuse to issue a refund. Despite contacting the local chamber we have received no assistance from them.

We wish to know how the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce has allowed them membership without any due diligence on their part.

As a consumer I wish someone had warned me about them! Please go elsewhere - DO NOT trust them with your hard earned money.
