My background:

Me and a family member was solicited by Tim Hubman for an investment. Hubman had me provide the money to his Coexist Foundation. Hubman, without my consent,  listed the money on his PF990 / Coexist Foundation as

1) a loan

2) a donation

NEITHER were the case.

To date I have never received a dime in return. I was awarded a judgement ( i can provide), but this CON MAN uses a fake address's, a non working POB on his drivers license,  an make up Foundation, and he even has a fake wife -  I mean, there is nothing real about this jackass......nothing

My attorney just pulled a federal deposition on Hubman that he did in November 2012.

In this federal deposition Hubman admits he uses the Coexist and Hubman foundation as a front to avoid paying taxes
Hubman admits he uses the foundation to solicit money and create wealth for himself Hubman admists being convicted for selling an unregistered security  Hubman admits HE IS A CON MAN - - - YES FOLKS, he says it in black n white.
Hubman admits to multiple felonies - stealing watches, cars, money - there are no restrictions with his stealing
Hubman admits to forgery............he stole a car from his dads best frined and changed the fickin title to his name....
