Concern Resident Hunters Trace apartments Fraud Deceptive Management. Don't Think About Living There Memphis, Tennessee

If you get on this page then you are thinking about Hunters Trace Apartment as the next place to call home. Glad that you landed on this page and let me tell you now. Don't even consider this place, VERY, VERY bad place to live in. Outrages prices, and you get nothing extra for that, on top of that management is ignorant group of humanbeings that do not care about anything and anyone. Place is dirty, units has aints, roaches...bad smell is normal for this place...I am sure when you visited them thay showed you the brand new renovated place, but don't buy it...of course it is up to you to pick and choose but this place is simply horiable. And God be with you when you move out!!! I am serieos. Hunters trace apartment management will make you pay for the enite place renovation and will pointed in the lease that it is your responsibilities to "renovate" this place. Simply said this place is a complete trash hole, starting with people upfront with ignorant b*i*t*c*h in the main office and finish with the stupid maintance guy, who will show up in your place at least after 5-7 days after the request is made. I went through hell living in this place and just wanted to warn you about it and about this place.
