I backed a project Conquistador Games produced through the kickstarter site. (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/cqgames/the-best-d**n-metal-gaming-coins-ever) I paid $260 for metal gaming coins which they estimated would be delivered to me sometime in November of 2013.
As of December of 2014 I have not received this product and Conquistador Games refuses to issue a refund. They have responded in a timely manner to my e-mail and documented problems problems they have had with their manufacturers in several updates. I'm sorry they have gone through so many issues but I no longer want this product over a year past it's estimated delivery date and wish they would refund my money.
