Conrad Cosico , aka Kevin, Dennis, Dondee, or Captain Nizzmo thief, dishonest tenant, lied to my face, hiding from his responsibility, scam artist, did not settle debts West Covina or Irvine California

"Conrad" rented a home from me for several years. He appeared to be an upstanding citizen. He was friendly. He was generally clean, and generally polite. He had some problems living with roommates but no major concerns. 

Until last year. He stopped paying rent. He stopped returning phone calls. He started responding from different phone numbers and different email addresses.  

I attempted to collect overdue rent from Conrad for months on end. He would consistently make partial payments, alwasy with a sad, probably fake excuse about a close family member dying, his girlfriend (if he even had one) getting in a car accident, etc etc.  Always some reason he couldn't pay full rent.

I was lienient for a while as I believed he was "just going through a hard time" and would keep his word vs. 100% lying TO MY FACE in the various times we met in person (usually to collect checks, which then bounced, costing me MORE than the rent he was late on to begin with. I then tried to evict Conrad multiple times. He made the process very difficult then skipped town and never responded to inquiries, phone calls, emails, etc. 

He owes more than $9500 for late rent and fees.  I need to locate him to serve him papers but he appears to not be able to hold down a job or has again changed his name to avoid being caught. 

He works in EHR companies. He sometimes says he does legal work. He rents a Mercedes from Fletcher Jones Newport Beach and wears a suit. He is a scam artist.
