My name is Jo, I live in Mississippi.We bought a mobil home from Mobil Home Resales in Batesville Ms.We have many things wrong with it, and really cannot find out who owns it.

I have called the mobil home sales and he told me it was not his responsibilty to fix one of the things that's wrong, so I talked to conseco and they told me, they don't own these trailers, they just finance them, so when i told Mobil Home Resales this,he said conseco finance owns them. We have a mobil home no one will claim.

We paid 25000.00 for this home, but when conseco got through with the finance charges, we owe about 86000.00 I think they are ripping people off and actually they are stealing money from people.They are very rude people,they done every thing but, curss my daughter out on the telphone.It should be against the law for these people to have a business. I say this hoping to help some one else.

I am not sure if our air- cond. will ever work, or if the bath tub will not ever leak, or the leaks under the trailer will be fixed.I'm not sure about the dish washer ever working, or if some one will have to replace the floor covering in the kitchen because water poures inside when it rains, but i do know one thing, I am not liable for fixing them.
