Consolidate Media Services ripoff consumer fraud ripoff fraudulent ripoff business Peoria, Illinois

I want to make everyone aware of this terribly deceptive company. I had been receiving phone calls on my CELL PHONE from this company for several days that I had been missing and I knew it was strange because the number did not come up. When I finally took the call, the guy started out by telling me that they got my name and number from a credit card company that had referred me for some contest as a preferred card holder. Let me tell you, I am two years out of college and I am no one's preferred card holder.

He proceeded to tell me that I was a winner of vibe, essence or ebony magazine. ANd that I would also get a free diamond watch. Already my head is thinking SCAM on my CELL PHONE. SO I started asking for his supervisor. He refused to put me through to one.

I began asking him for phone numbers to reach his company, the one he gave me was a lie. I asked for a website address, and began repeating my request to be removed from their computer list. He attempted to ignore me and continued to push his magazines at me, and then the catch came.

That in order to get the free magazines I had to BUY a magazine .,This came late in the conversation and at htis point I was through. I insisted that he either put me on the phone with a supervisor or that he remove my name from their calling list immediately.

I am still worried that if they had my address and number that they might some how have had my card numbers and will process charges to my account. So now I am going to contact my credit card and put them on notice. UGH. What a pain.
