Consolidated Resorts, Regal Palms No Service/No Value Orlando, Florida

Since 2006, we have been owners of Consolidated Resorts timeshare property; first in Las Vegas at Tahita Village and then at the Villas at Regal Palms in Orlando. It would appear that it is next to impossible to try to reserve time with this company because I tried throughout 2009 to reserve a week at my home resort so that I could sell the time. When I was unsuccessful in selling my week, I tried to get the certificate from Consolidated Resorts for approximately two months without success. Today (January 11, 2010) I was finally able to get a live person who gave me a certificate number for my 2009 timeshare and another for my 2010 time after I had paid for the 2010 maintenance fees. Unfortunately the 2009 certificate is not worth the paper it is written on with Interval Internation and they would not take my 2010 time either.
