Consumer Acquisitions Inc. Marc Kasik Rude, Condescending, Short Temper Internet

I applied for a position with this company and went to an initial interview. The first interview went pretty well and did not seem like it was going to lead to what happened later. I was invited back for a second interview and found out that essentially the job would be to sit in a store and get people to sign up for satellite television. The pay was based off of how many people got the service installed in their homes. You were guaranteed to make at least 300 a week, but if you didn't get anyone to sign up the company fronted the money for your check, and when you got people to sign up you had to pay the company back. This was not something I was interested in doing; working on commission is fine, but paying your employer back for giving you a paycheck? That's not okay with me. I realize it may be to provide incentive but it just seemed sketchy. 

I was called the next day for a third interview with the CEO (Marc), and since I decided this was not something I wanted to pursue anymore I figured I would simply say thank you for the opportunity but I have decided to look in another direction. When I told him this I was told "Well I wasn't offering you a position and if you weren't interested there are plenty of people who are and you wasted my time by interviewing." and then he hung up on me. I tried to be as respectful as possible and stop the process from going further before I wasted any more of their time and I was made to feel like an idiot for saving him any more of his time. Do not waste your time by applying for a position with this company!
