I googled Consumer Advocates Group and Fidelity Financial Group and they are the same company. If you look at their agreement it is the same paperwork but they changed the name so no one would know. I did some research and Brian Mitchells and Michael Anderson are not even licensed with the State of California as an Attorney and he is not licensed to do loan modifications. Search SB94 and you will see this company is a scam. I went to the California Attorney Generals website and Brian Mitchells and Michael Anderson are not even registered there. If they do not register with the Attorney Generals Office then they can not charge an up front fee. Dont be scammed by either one of these companies.
