Consumer Alliance/Adova Health/Family Securities This company is ripping off thousands of consumers. I worked there and saw it happen DAILY!! Atlanta Georgia

I started at this horrible company a few years ago and started to raise an eyebrow shortly after I was there. This company has two sales offices; one in Texas (Scam Headquarters) and the other one is located in Atlanta, Ga. I honestly don't see how this company affords to stay in business, because it's based around deceit, lies, mistrust and taking people's money.

They have two departments in the Atlanta office with the other one being the provider relations/customer service department. Consumers/Providers call in daily about unpaid claims, refunds back to there account, what their plan does or more than likely "doesn't" cover or complaints on how they plan to sue the company. The Executives at this company walk around with a blind eye and deaf ear because it's all about profit and the people there have been trained to lie or mislead the customer.

I honestly feel bad for each consumer who's arm is twisted into buying this plan, because they have no idea what they're in store for. The Sales Team in Texas will tell you whatever you want to hear to make the sale. They also fail to tell members that if they cancel within 30days, they'll forfeit a $110 non-ref processing fee. So, even if the member does cancel and this happens daily, the company is still making $110 and this adds up.

They recently took over the business of a company called Design Savers Plan (DSP) which is another rip off company (go figure) and they are switching people daily to the Adova Health/Consumer Alliance plan because it's slightly better than what they had....But when you mix it all together what they had was a rip off and what the Team in Texas is selling is a RIP OFF!!

I've had people call in crying because they can't afford to pay their medical expenses after they found out that their visits aren't covered. I can't say enough times that this company is a rip off, rip off, rip off and their doors need to be closed ASAP!!

I know people there now and this is still going on. How can they get away with this? Aren't there people out there who's supposed to bring this to an end.

If you ever see the name Adova Health, Family Securites, Causa or Consumer Alliance but your running shoes on and take off....
