I won eBay auction #280033803662, and paid immediately on the company's awkward payment system.
Instead of the cable I paid for (detailed description and clear picture on the eBay auction site), I received a worthless plastic connector-like thing in a padded envelope.
I contacted the company through their verry awkward "customer service" site, and the company demanded I submit detailed reports on the item. I would then be "awarded" the privilege of paying for return shipping.
After review, they would decide if I deserved a refund or would remain defrauded.
Numerous calls to Martin Fike and Michael Hinds went unanswered, or were shunted to customer service lines without response.
CONSUMER DEPOT, PARENT COMPANY OF RETURNDEALZ04 on EBAY, HAS OVER 500 PEOPLE WHO HAVE LESS THAN POSITIVE THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THEM. THERE HAVE BEEN 125 RECENT BBB COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE COMPANY, EARNING THEM AN UNSATISFACTORY RECORD.
