Hello, I have been working on something for almost a year now. There is a seller on ebay that is selling about 33% of junk to customers. I contact everyone that leave negative feedback with them & send the following message:

Secondly I highly suggest you at least file with the IFCC (second one listed) It only takes a few minutes &I am providing generally all the info. I have included all the addresses &phone numbers for surplusdealz.

Thirdly is a local investigative TV station that is right down the road from surplus, they seem really interested &you should just click on there site let them know your another victim. www.wsmv.com. So please take the time to help get these crooks stopped!

Do file with your credit card company, put a dispute against the charges. Tell the card company you dispute the charges because avoid telling them about the as-is clause, they don't need to hear that. I did tell my cc company about the as-is but the did frown on it. The charges have been off for 3 months now. The more complaints that they hear about this company, the more likely they will not allow any charges go thru from the company U-bid. Thanks

I know for a fact that there are many of people that have file with all the above, and nothing has been done. I have been communicating with a Nancy Amons @wsmv, channel 4 news I think out of Tennesse. She was investigation this situation &here is one of hers &mine emails back in July 2004:

NOW THE BAD PART
She told me about 2 monthes after this email, that Pamela Furr had quit & they will not be able to do a story. CAN YOU HELP US? I have many email addresses, of angry people whom has tried to have these people ban by filing with the above. Also ebay will do nothing to stop this thieves.
