Consumer Information Bureau Will not refund the 100% money they guarantee will be return if the credit report is not resolve. ripoff Pompano Beach Florida

I called equifax and the automated machine transfer me to the Consumer Information Bureau. I spoked to a sales representative named Christina Smith. She told that the Guide to credit repair kit they sale for $260.00 will help me repair my credit. She also said that if my credit report is not fix after purcahsing this repair kit they will refund me the 100% money back gurantee.

After a few weeks of looking at this kit i find out that is not useful. I have not used. i called the sales representative and told her that i want my money back because IT IS NOT USEFUL AND WILL NEVER WILL. She told me that it was late because i opened the kit and also beause it past 7 days from the date of purchased. I told her that shouldn't be a problem because they announced it on the phone when you are hold that your money is 100% refund gurantee ; and she said herself when she sold this repair kit.

I want my money back as they gurantee. I have all the rapir kit and ready to return it.
