Consumer Reports on Health Billing for subscription never received Harlan Iowa

I accepted an offer to try their Health magazine for $24 in January of 2016 with a 90 day trial basis.  They had an address for me that was from 20 years ago when I lived elsewhere, which I corrected with their sales agent.  I am a current subscriber to regular Consumer Reports which are sent to my current address.  I also am a regular and faithful donor to the Consumer Reports Foundation from my current home and regularly get mail from them here.

Now they are sending me dunning notices for an unpaid subscription that I have never received.   I have tried to call their Customer Service number on their website and never can reach a live person.  Instead you get a recorded message which trys to sell you all kind of unrelated offers for everything from Dish Network to  Alamo car rental.  I gave up after 5 mnutes of wasted time.  I believe the publisher of this health magazine scam is unrelated to the actual Consumer Reports organization.
