Completely rude, the only time I called in ended up in getting yelled, being called a liar,  then hung up on me without even listening thoroughly to my concern and kept referring to things that didn't have anything to do with my request.  Here is what happened:
 
This Company was very responsive before I signed up.  They would address all my emails the same day I sent a question.  The support seemed great.  I asked them if they could provide a specific set of information and asked which product I should sign up for and they recommended the starter package.  So I did.  After ordering my first set of data I realize that 1st there were fields labels I didn't understand and 2nd, this wasn't all I asked for.  They basically gave me a broad list that didn't reflect everything I put in the description.  So I messaged them to asked how I could get a revised list of data and never had a response about it.  It wasn't until I called a month later after getting tired of their e-mails just telling over and over that the data was online (which wasn't),  did I get informed that that was information they do not provide.  So while trying to ask why did they tell me that it would be included in the starter package when that was something they couldn't provide to begin with, the response was that I was lying and they do not see any record on that.  So while I was trying to pull my emails, he kept referring me to responses I had never received dated on dates I now realized fall on non-office hours.  They are completely rude and I even had to tell him to calm down because he was raising his voice.  Then when I referred to messages he wasn't able to pull up, he hung up on me.

​Please see message sent on 17th from order made on the 8th of April. However, I had to send an e-mail on the 15th because I didn't receive any notice or instruction that it was already completed and I had to log in online to see the leads. I was expected a notification because since I had registered, I have received e-mails after e-mails with clear instruction at every step until the ordering was completed. I am aware of the hours you provide support but I was getting email response the same day and even during weekend.  then after making my payments, The level of service went for outstanding to no disappointing.  I feel uneasy now that I find out you only provide excellent service until a client is charged money.  I hope you respond to my 2nd attempt to reach out because every day is costing me money for a product I had requested with special instructions which I don't feel I have received yet. 

Fair remedy:
  Ok so this was a holiday weekend so may be friday was a short day at the office.  I am willing to start clean the simple following can be done.  First of all,  please respond to my question about the leads you had provided from this e-mail and the one I had sent on the 17th.  Second, due to the delays and poor instructions, support, confusion, and whatever else reason I have not got what I expected to receive after 12 days since I subscribed.  Thus, causing me to write about this, can we reset my subscription starting date?  I feel it isn't too much to ask at all and would love to continue on forward with a business relationship happily ever after, if possible.

As shown from email history below here is the inquiry made on ​On Thu, Apr 17, 2014 I wrote:
"Thanks for responding.  However, the description in my order asked for people who have any late payments that showed on their credit reports such as credit cards, car payments, etc...  This list only shows mortgage Late but what about other bills they are late on?  Also I do not understand that Wealth number means.   Also, your equity value are only based on the first mortgage which is incorrect when the homeowner has a 2nd loan because that decreases the equity.
 
Can you please send me the correct list?"
 
I also have additional question:  I am not sure about what pre-nod information are supposed to be provide exactly as your website description doesn't indicate which specific information I am supposed to receive as a member.  It only talks about the advantage of having them but nothing about how it accomplishes that.  Can you explain?  The data I had on my online account can be obtain through foreclosureradar.com.  how do your information differ from them?

We completed your order based on what you requested-see below. A pre-NOD is a property owner who has missed a house payment without a legal notice being files.  Also the equity value is based on ALL mortgages.

But beside the mortgage lates what about those Behind on other payments for other bills such as utility or mobile phone or car payment? I had asked which product would provide that type of information before I registered and was told to subscribe to either the starter or the more expansive one for more feature but I didn't feel I needed them. What I really need is any late marks that shows on their credit report whether related to their mortgage or not.

You had only addressed the top half of my order specifications but nothing in the leads I was provided includes anything related to the 2nd part I tried to clarify with an example.    I don't feel you guys are reading or addressing what I asked for multiple times. Yet I do not feel it is hard to understand

My follow up due to no response on 5/1/2014:

I still have not got a response from my last message?  what is going on? 

It's OK. I do not feel you are able to get the credit report delinquencies other than the pre NOD which is not the only information I was looking for.  I thank you for trying though but your service and product probably isn't right for me.  And that's ok. We tried and it didn't work out. 

With that Can you put a stop on my subscription as I understand that I have to  notify you before the next billing cycle begins.  Can you also issue a full refund due to simple misunderstandings of your service and of what type of information you thought you could provide for my needs.


 Please confirm you have receive this request.
