I run a small independent repair shop here in CO working on mostly classic cars. I think it's pretty unlikely that I'll be buying any aftermarket warranties from anyone. On that note, it is getting darn annoying to climb out from under a car to get your stupid autodialer 4 or 5 times a day! I'm getting your calls on my cellphone, shop phone, and at home. I've asks several times to be put on your "Do Not Call" list to no avail. In fact, when I asked your representative for information about your company I was told that she could not give me that information or EVEN YOUR COMPANY NAME! Finally, I have had enough after trying to work under a dash and getting 5 of your calls this morning! I googled "annoying aftermarket warranty calls" and , what do you know, you guys were right on top of the page. So...now that I know who you are, I will be filing complaints in every domain that I can find until the calls stop. I think I'll start with your total disregard for the "do not call" list that you seem to have tota. Your company may be legitimate (or it may not be), but your advertising tactics are shameful and annoying.

In response to this I apologize for the calls, we only dial if someone fills out a request online. So if we end up calling a business it is only because the phone number was entered on a internet application.

Please email me the phone number we are dialing and it will immediately be taken out of our system, we don't dial off a list.

In response to the agent that called you and would not disclose the name of the company. We don't use a robotic caller or a voice recorded message, every person we call is done by a human and the opening line in the scripted introduction we follow identifies the company name, the location we are calling from, and of course the purpose of the call.
