A telemarketer called me one day offering a plan which allows me to communicate with my family back home for a minimal fee (which appeared on my credit card right away). Since the person sounded convincing, I signed up for it. The agreements were that the device/router will be delivered to the home and that free installation will be provided. Cordia never lived up to the agreement. First, they failed to deliver the router. My niece had to travel more than an hour to pick it up at their local office. I then called Cordia to let them know that the router was already picked up and ready for installation. I had asked them to send someone to my family's house to install it. Weeks had gone by and no one showed up. I kept follow up with the company. They kept telling me that they're sending someone. They kept telling me same excuses. For over 3 months and 2 weeks, I called them constantly and pleaded to send someone. After numerous attempts, I finally decided to cancel it. I was instructed to return the router to their main office (which is about 2 hours away). Once the unit was returned, I started calling the company to request for my money back and they refused. They kept giving me different numbers to call every time I call. I even contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I got a response from them last week stating that I have to dispute it directly from Cordia since they are unwilling to issue the credit. I will ask Cordia to resolve this issue one last time. If the matter remains unresolved, I will go ahead and file a claim with the FCC and BBB.

Your review says a lot about you angelcake!

I am appalled by angelcake’s allegation.  I was an employee of Hebble & Associates for a long time and I have seen people come and go.  The company was only a year old when I was hired.  Sure it was a bit unorganized but it was good enough for me to start a new career.  Trish was actually working for another company when I was hired, but she made herself available to help and train me. Couple of months after working there, Trish finally rejoined the firm as fulltime employee.  She’s a lovely lady.  She helped me a lot with Quickbooks and Timeslips.  She never showed any frustration or made me feel like I was bothering her.   I wish angelcake would reveal his/her true identity and not hide behind his/her computer and make this horrible accusation. Overall, the place was not bad otherwise I would have not lasted 7 yrs.
