I hired Cordier Auctions & Appraisals to auction off property of mine so I could move to another country. I was not told that my property would be sold in lots. When I recieved a check from Cordier with a breakdown of my items, I noticed that one of a kind items were under sold, items that were appraised high were sold extremely low. They sold a total $10,000.00 worth of items for $2,415.00 and took a comission of $831.25. When I wanted to complain to David Cordier, he refused to call me back for 4 weeks and when I got him finally on the phone, he refused to answer any questions stating that I'm "hysterical" and that I am a "hysterical woman". He is very condescending and a liar. When I asked for the rest of my property that was not sold or to see them, he refused to do so stating that he is going to see if my property belongs to me and he threatened to call the police if I did not leave. Do not do business with this company, seller and buyer beware!!!!
