All over the website, this company boldly states they are all about customer satisfaction, don't believe it! If you buy something you need to return - they sock you with a 20-25% restocking fee! This can be a chunk of change on a $100+ purchase so be very sure it will work for you before making a purchase here.

As the owner of this website, I take great pride in providing excellent customer service. We do offer free shipping on all orders that are shipped within the lower 48 United States. Our return policy is clearly posted in several locations on the website and yes, there is a 20% restocking fee for non-defective items. We also offer to WAIVE said restocking fee if a customer is ordering another product from our site of equal or greater value to the product they wish to return.
This customer refused to speak by phone and was quick to spread negativity. It is noted through our email conversation that this customer was offered alternatives to the item originally ordered. Customer stated the reason for the return - it is too large for my needs. We do sell the same item in a smaller size. Customer didn't respond to offers of a replacement. It should be noted that this order was well under $100.00 and the restocking fee being charged to the customer is under $15.00.

To return the item only cost about $7.00 with FedEx Ground. To charge 20-25% restocking based on the value of the item - not the weight or actual shipping charges - is excessive.

Did you even bother to think about what it costs them to ship some of those things?!?!? Of COURSE THERE'S A HIGH RESTOCKING FEE. They need to recoup costs on anything they ship that they have to take back. If they didn't, they'd be losing a lot of money!
I nearly fell out of my chair seeing they'd ship a freezer... FREE...
Use your brain if you got one! They're just staying in business. They didn't force you to return anything. Why not just make sure your ordering what you actually want and not return it!
