 I called well ahead of time for item# HANSA 1759 to see if they had it in stock. Also wanted to know the shipping time, since I have been reading bad reviews on ordering from websites like this. They told me they had the item in stock and said it would take 24 hours to process my order. 3 days after placing my order and my credit card charged still no confirmation of my order was emailed. Tried contacting cornerone but had no luck only voicemail. Contacted distributor to see if this company ever placed an order with them. They said they tried but they did not have a resale tax ID number! It is now 7 days and my card still has a pending charge. Called my credit card company and filed a complaint with this company. Thankful American Express was on top of it and will drop the pending charge after the 8th day. After several attempts for them to drop the pending charge of $127.00 Cornerone could not be reached only messages can be left. This would have Been a NIGHTMARE if I gave them my bank card. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! ORDER FROM SOME OTHER COMPANY. Recieved am email on the 5th day that my order had been cancelled.
