In 2007 I found cashflowandequity.com, and it seemed like such a good opportunity I took on a huge risk by buying not just one, but four of these homes.  I could write a book about the nighmare that has been ongoing with no good resolution in sight.  I would love to be able to afford a good lawyer because these people need to be stopped. 

If the houses were as stated it would have veen an OK investment, but it is almost all flat out lies preying on out of town folk who just want to have a good investment.  I went against my friends best advice and bought these houses sight unseen because they looked so good.  Read the other posts.  it is all true. 

The houses are junk and better can be bought for a fraction of the cost.  The houses are not rehabbed.  They spray paint on everything to make the pictures look good.  The electric wiring promised to be updated is in extremely unsafe condition. Upgraded plumbing has been a constant drain, no pun intended. A new roof was in terrible shape with gutters falling off and the chimney not flashed.  Junk was piled up outside left from their work.  Wood was rotten around the windows.  The tenant in one house only paid a couple of months and it took months and a fortune in legal fees to get them out.  I couldn't even get inside to see it because she had barricaded herself in.

One of the tenants in a duplex was a registered sex offender who was a bad tenant, tearing up the place and abandoning a dog when he was evicted for not paying the rent.  There was a young mother with a young children upstairs from him.  She didn't stay very long either.

Last year my "cash cows" have cost me a near fortune, unbelievable stress and have practically made me homeless myself.  I can't sell them becaue they are worth half of what I paid if I am lucky and it won't even pay for the loans I got plus to sell houses up there it costs about $4000 per house.  So I keep them so I only loose $10,000 or so a year!  I need a lawyer!!!!!

Let's put these rotten apples out of business.  And yes it is true that they changed their name to cashflowwithequity.com.
