Corporate Security Solutions Would not recommend this compnay to my WORST Enemy! Ada Michigan

I also was employed with this company for about 5 months and once I was eligible for medical insurance they were out to get me. When I started working for this company they had me on a schedule where I only 1 day off and was on a 44+ Hour a week schedule, this lasted for several months. All other employee's received two consecutive days off in a row. They changed the days and hours of all employees in my area and just assigned schedules, not taking into consideration that people have lives as well. There was no input from employees at all. It was their way or the highway. My hours were eventually cut way down.

Things would be done one way on a certain day and the next we were being yelled at for not doing it the way that they wanted it done and it was a completely different than the day before. There is a total lack of communication with this company. The only time you are communicated with is when you are being screamed at! Certain employees are allowed to make critical errors and are not reprimanded at all, while others are reprimanded for the littlest things.

I was told when I was hired in that the benefit package was excellent, when in fact it is crap! It is a Private Commercial Insurance and there are only certain places that will bill to them, and when they do you only get a $450 lifetime maximum! What is that going to cover? Absolutely, nothing!

I would never send my worst enemy to apply for a job with this company at all! They put employees on the spot. They demand that we hold stuff in confidence, but yet when it comes down to it, they are the first to call out names of who it was that said something about you. They say they want to know about problems, but when you bring things to their attention you are told that you are "stirring the pot" and that it is uncalled for! How ridiculous!

It is my personal opinion that this company is only out for themselves and the money that they make, they do not care about the morale of their employees at all. They pay you the minimum that they can get away with. They tend to get rid of anybody that has a brain and knows how to use it! And after they have done that they hire someone new that is not even qualified for that type of work! It is amazing to me that this company is still open for business. I could go on and on from here but will stop.
