Corporate Travel Discounters Promised a low price trip to Cayman Isles and never delivered on the purchase Cincinnati Ohio

I received a fax for a 4 day 3 night Cayman I sland all inclusive vacation with airfare for 2 adults for $345.98.  I called and was given the valid reason for this low cost is due to them buying unused corporate trips.  Sounded legit to me.  Once I was paid CTD, then I was informed I'd have to pay other fees to other companies to get my low price trip.  After paying my additional fees I attempted to book my trip.

Once I submitted my dates of travel I was sent back an itenerary and a cost of $1700 per person cost.  After inquiring about why the trip was going to cost me anything since I had already paid for it...supposedly, I was told by customer service of CTD that my trip was during peak travel.  That was not true because I booked it right at the end of hurrican season. 

I attempted to get a refund via email and letters however the address provided of 250 E Fifth St, Cincinnati OH 45202 is not a valid address.  While I would like to get a refund, if I can't then I hope me reporting this at least keeps someone else from getting ripped off by this unscrupulous company. 

They also only accept checks via phone which doesn't allow you to dispute the charge through your credit card company.  The money is deducted immediately.
