I filled out a survey in which you a required to fill out different programs for rewards. i filled out Cos Cosmetiques application to join their club for $1 and was charged imediately soon there after i was charged numorous times for things i did not order or authorize causing my account to go into overdraft. i cancelled the membership and they refuse to reimburse me for the charges and over draft fess my account incured due to them. do not trust themor give them any personal or financial information....
