This company is a joke. They tell you about an offer, with nothing stating on the page that you have to join the membership. Then a month later, they charge you and say its in the rules. By then, you can't return the product and they've hooked you in. Awful company to deal with. Huge Ripoff.

#3 Consumer Suggestion
CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT ASAP

I too fell "victim" to this scam... I was told I was signed up in an online survey, and the "small print" said I was going to be charged after the initial "FREE GIFT" was sent to me if I didn't cancel within 7 days. I didn't cancel, obviously, and ended up getting charged for their next shipment they were sending.
The person I spoke with in Customer Service was actually very nice and helpful, unlike others I've read about here. She explained to me that I would be charged for the next shipment that had already went out, but if I sent it back they would refund my money. Also, she offered to put me on a different plan that gave me shipments every other month or every 3 months instead of every month, or to switch to a billing plan rather than direct charge. I didn't want any of those, so she gave me her little sales spiel about their latest offer, I declined it, and she cancelled my account.
It was all very easy... and while I agree that it's a scam and very shady how they charge you without blatantly telling you they will... it could have been much worse to cancel than it actually was.
My suggestion to anyone caught up in this mess is to cancel ASAP as your first step to avoid getting charged MORE, and then take the necessary steps with your bank to get your money back. And SEND BACK anything you have received that you've been charged for.

Send the package back. If you used a debit card go to your local branch and file a dispute. If it's a credit card, call the cc company and find out the proper way of disputing the charges. I've done this with my back and they are investigating the charge now.
