WORST MOVE EVER! These people promise and promise and promise and dont deliver! This move was a small 980 sq foot 2-1 apartment on the first floor moving 7 miles away to the second floor elevator. The truck was within 30 feet at both locations. When we moved in here 9 months ago it took 2 movers 4 3/4 hours to complete. It took this mover 8.5 hours with 3 movers to complete and it was a nightmare. They talk bad about their competition and state the other movers will rip you off and this mover is no good and that mover is bad but the truth is this company is the worst ever. Their movers worked as if they were on heavy medication or valiums or something. They kept complaining everything was so heavy. One mover said he didnt get home till 4 this morning with a hangover but the boss still made him come to work and heknocked at my front door. They kkept taking breaks and laughing amongst themselves. At times they would all leave my condo and stay in the truck for 15 minutes at times. I called the office and told them what was going on and the office was no help. They didnt care or they didnt care to hear what i had to say. I complained that they wanted so much money though my estimate was almost half of what they actually charged me. I feel so ripped off that it made me sick. My furniture was scratched and a lamp was broken and a couple of boxes were missing. I asked the movers about the boxes and they told me to go back to my apartment and look for them they didnt see them. We went back to the apartment and they left the boxes and other small items that we loaded ourselves after paying these bandits over $900 for a small local move. NEVER AGAIN! THE WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER! I wouldnt use them again if it was free! AVOID THIS MOVER
