Cox Wells & Assocaiates Creditors Service Bureau Rip you off and and verbally abuse you erei, Pennsylvania

I have had absolutely horrible customer service. I signed a contract with this comapny August of 2010. They made a deal with our debtor without consulting us. Then when I called them about it after the debtor contacted me to make sure everything was paid,I(not being able to talk to the person that had our account) the lady who answered the phone assured me that I would receive the full amount that would have been paid to us had they not made the deal. A month later I received a check for less than a 1/4 of the amount owed to us. I would call and leave messages to be called back and they would never call me back. Today is the 1st time I could even get through to the person that now has our file. Please note today is 1/17/11. So in 6 months I have not had a call back from them. When I got through to Tim Martin today. He told me that our comapny was not important. If we were Coca Cola or a company of that size then we would have gotten a call back. When I told him I was going to file a complaint with the better business bureau he told me to F*** off!! And that they pay money to receive a good rating. That my complaint would not affect them. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
