Cps Auto Loans cps rude ripoffs Irvine California

i have been paying on a car for 2 years now and i lost some hours at work and i tried to call them and make partcial payment but they dont accept them so i made a full payment to be deducted from my dads checking account but didnt have the money so i cancelled the payment and they took it anyway costing my dad over draft fees but they did return the money but not the over drafts he got, well i come to this i told them to come and take there car ill but a cheap one with my income tax , i still owe them 15,000 on a car worth 7,000 and ive already paid them over 5,ooo they are very very rude threatning to draft my paycheck...lol...pa laws say different and the interest rate is unreal my car was 15,000 and after all payments it was 25,000 they can have there car and there outrageous interest and shove it.like someone else mentioned where are the payment books??? never got one i could go on and on and on
